WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate will assume a variety of responsibilities to ensure the safe and efficient movement of inventory within the Distribution Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides support for the Shipper with all outbound freight
- Unloads and moves products and materials by using material handling equipment, ensuring efficient turnaround times
- Adheres to the allocation processes to ensure optimal warehouse flow and coordination of various shipments
- Picks customer orders accurately as per RF Gun list and/or manual ordering system, ensuring productivity standards are achieved
- Reviews and corrects any shipping and receiving discrepancies
- Carries out general cycle counting processes
- Prepares shipments and document shipments using in house software
- Verifies goods and compares orders with packing slips and purchase orders
- Assists the Warehouse Supervisor with receiving documentation and paperwork, as required
- Performs general warehouse duties and assists other departments, as required
The successful candidate must have and demonstrate the following:
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to bend/crouch, climb stairs, and safely use ladders in order to retrieve materials and products
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written English) skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines
- Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team
