Job Summary
We need someone who has experience in Freshii restaurant. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating products, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on technology and merchandise. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail sales or technical sales are highly valued. The Sales Associate will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience and ensuring store merchandising standards are maintained.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
- Engage customers through effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Assist with merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive and organized
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods
- Maintain organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and stocked
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product placement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service roles preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities (English required) are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for cash handling
- Ability to perform product demos effectively and confidently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or in person
- Ability to upsell products tactfully to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Knowledge of merchandising principles is a plus
