Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Advertising Sales Representative to join our team on a monthly draw and commission basis. In this role, you will act as an independent partner, identifying growth opportunities, building long-term business relationships, and selling premium digital advertising solutions. This position offers total schedule flexibility and completely uncapped earning potential estimated at $60,000-$200,000 range, making it ideal for self-starters who want their income to directly reflect their individual efforts. Selected candiate will receive a draw of $2500.00 per month for a probationary period of 6 months with the transition to full time salary (rate TBD) after a successful performance review.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Pipeline: Identify, target, and pitch potential advertising clients who can benefit from advertising in our new monthly digital magazine.
- Deliver Pitches: Present the advertising options designed to meet clients' marketing goals and budgets.
- Close Deals: Finalize pricing terms and sales contracts, and meet mutually agreed-upon monthly sales targets.
- Retain Clients: Manage ongoing relationships to encourage advertising renewals and upsell cross-platform opportunities.
- Manage the ad design with our designers, from design concept to final sign-off.
- Track Performance: Maintain organized records of leads, communication touchpoints, and your personal sales pipeline.

Pay: A base draw of $2,500.00 per month with a 20% sales commission. A progression to full time salary plus commission is available following the probationary period and w positive performance review.
