Overview:
We are seeking a hard working, quick learning, generally competent candidate to join our team.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Assist a skilled team of assemblers to build grain bins of varying brands and sizes.
- Operate and don't abuse construction equipment and power tools.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
- Respect guidelines and instructions to ensure safe day to day operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills:
- Ability and willingness to lift/carry/drag heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks often in high temperature environments
- (very) Basic knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools is a must.
- Experience in construction is an asset, not a requirement.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Work is Seasonal, but employees are generally accepted back every April, and laid off during October. Pay is more than competitive, and performance bonuses are paid monthly.
