About the Role
You’ll:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, guiding clients to their perfect piece
- Oversee custom orders from consultation to completion (no bench work)
- Cultivate lasting relationships with our loyal clientele
- Collaborate with a small team (2–3 people) to achieve daily & long-term goals
- Enhance our digital presence via inventory photography, social media, and online tasks

- Outgoing, warm, and genuinely passionate about people and jewellery
- Detail-driven, organized, with excellent communication & follow-through
- Thrives in a dynamic retail setting and eager to fuel business growth
- Excited to support a small team through peak seasons (Valentine’s, weddings, holidays)
Key Responsibilities
- Open/close store
- Greet & serve walk-ins with tailored care
- Manage emails, repair orders & custom projects
- Schedule & lead client appointments
- Drive team goals (short- & long-term)
- Keep the boutique spotless (counters, jewellery, waste)
- Support online inventory & social media
Skills & Qualifications
- Stellar communication & interpersonal skills
- Engaging, approachable, able to connect with diverse clients
- Proven sales ability to guide & close deals
- Organized; adept at order management & deadlines
- Basic jewellery design/construction knowledge (for custom sales support)
- 2+ years in jewellery retail & customer service
- Reliable commute to Toronto, ON M4C 1M1
Schedule
- Full-time, permanent
- Tue–Fri: 10 AM–6 PM | Sat: 9 AM–5 PM
- No evenings/Sundays (except Christmas season)
- 8-hour day shifts
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00–$30.00/hour ( Compensation in accordance with experience )
