Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Drafter to join our dynamic modular construction Drafting team.
The Drafter plays a critical role in transforming engineering concepts and architectural designs into detailed technical drawings that support construction and manufacturing activities. This position ensures that all designs are accurately represented, compliant with applicable industry standards, and ready for implementation by engineers, architects, and construction teams.
Working closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and construction professionals, the Drafter develops detailed drawings, bills of materials, shop drawings, and construction documentation. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong technical drafting skills, and proficiency with computer-aided design software to produce clear, accurate, and error-free deliverables. The Drafter's contributions support efficient project execution, cost control, quality assurance, and successful project delivery throughout the construction lifecycle
Duties
- Create, modify, and revise detailed construction and engineering drawings using Revit and/or ArchiCAD.
- Develop accurate bills of materials (BOMs) and shop drawings to support procurement, fabrication, and construction activities.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and construction personnel to interpret design requirements and incorporate feedback into project drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
- Maintain organized documentation, drawing records, and version control for all project-related files.
- Assist in multidisciplinary project coordination and design reviews.
- Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies and coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to drafting standards, processes and quality control

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
