Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting MIG Welders for a Construction company in Newmarket, ON.
Our client is currently seeking a reliable and punctual individual with a positive outlook to join their team as an entry level welder.
This role has tons of growth potential for the right candidate. Previous welding experience is considered an asset, but not required. New grads are most welcome to apply! Preference will be given to candidates that have done steel welding, but the company is willing to train the right individuals.
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
$26-30/hr
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- MIG Welding steel products as per blueprint drawing/schematic specifications
- Basic Fabrication of material (grinding, bending, polishing, etc.)
- Successfully completion of various production & custom welds as per instructions
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- MIG Welding (specifically working w Aluminum)
- Blueprint Reading
- Measurement Skills
- Comfort and familiarity with Hand & Power Tools (Drill Press, Grinder, Brake Press)
- MIG Welder Oxy-Acetylene Torches
- Some heavy lifting involved (up to 50lbs)
