Job Overview
As a Window Cleaning Technician, you’ll be responsible for cleaning residential and commercial windows, as well as assisting with other exterior cleaning services such as pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and seasonal exterior maintenance. You’ll work directly with customers, represent our company professionally, and ensure every job is completed to the highest standard.
This position is ideal for someone who is physically fit, dependable, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to be part of a positive, growth-oriented team.
Responsibilities
● Clean interior and exterior windows using professional tools and techniques.
● Perform pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services as required.
● Safely use ladders, extension poles, and company equipment.
● Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area.
● Communicate professionally with customers and answer questions when needed.
● Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
● Follow all company safety procedures and standards.
● Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

● Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders.
● Comfortable working outdoors throughout the day.
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Previous window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person.
