We are looking for an Operations/Customer Service/Sales Employee on a full-time basis to join the team out of our Etobicoke head office.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Year 1 of the role will focus on rotational training, as the candidate will spend time in the warehouse, fabrication facility, head office, obtaining total understanding with all daily routines in office, order desk, production and warehouse; in the marketplace learning about our customers’ equipment/facilities and assisting with customer installations
  • After completion, the individual will be responsible for applying this training to the role, which includes:
  • Completing fabrication assignments
  • Familiarity with production flow, staff and methods
  • Knowing all inventory and inventory levels
  • Ability to ship and receive goods
  • Sales administration including orders, invoices, receivables
  • Managing a customer base
  • Sales coordination with the more senior members of the team
  • Ad hoc requests
  • Local Customer installations


  • Requirements for the role:
  • Five years of work experience, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Some college or university
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Fluent reader and writer of English
  • Ease with modern communication devices and Windows based applications
  • Passport and Drivers’ Licence
