SmileWorks Dental Clinic is a thriving, privately owned practice in Winnipeg looking to bring on an additional Associate Dentist to their growing team. You would be stepping into an existing, established patient base with healthy ongoing new patient flow, a newly renovated fully digital clinic, and a principal dentist who is genuinely invested in building a collaborative, high-performing team.

What This Opportunity Offers

Who We Are Looking For
- DDS, DMD, or NDEB certified
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Manitoba
- Minimum one year of Canadian dental practice experience preferred
- New graduates with genuine enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to grow are also encouraged to apply
- Experienced clinicians with leadership qualities especially welcome
- Strong communicator with excellent patient care and treatment planning skills
- Someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and is looking for a long term home
- Canadian credentials required
