As Lead Foreman, you'll:

What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience (end-to-end completion of several homes required). Prefabricated/modular construction experience (preferred but not required).
- Candidate must be physically fit and able to lift/move heavy objects, work in all aspects of home construction process including framing, insulation, sheathing, roofing, MEP systems, exterior and interior finishes.
- Must be able to operate miscellaneous site machinery including forklift, bobcat, mini excavator, etc.
- Post-secondary education/community college in a related field (e.g. Construction Engineering Technology) is preferred.
- Some knowledge of Ontario Building Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and other health and safety regulations.
- Clear understanding of blueprints/construction plans, and specifications, as well as construction methods, materials and regulations which also includes
- knowledge of all trades, staff responsibilities, scheduling and scopes of work.
- Candidate must be have excellent problem solving skills and creativity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required, both oral and written. Willing to take responsibility and be held accountable for results.
- Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of MS Office and project management software is an asset.
