Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service to meet their needs
- Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
- Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately, offering helpful solutions or directing them to the appropriate team member
- Support inventory management by receiving shipments, updating stock levels, and conducting regular stock checks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and achieve shared goals
- Uphold safety standards by following company policies and reporting any hazards or incidents immediately
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and procedures
Experience
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers and team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving merchandise
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for teamwork and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
