Spa Attendant – The Spa at The Clayfield, part of the Unbound Collection by Hyatt
Location: Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON Opening: Summer 2026
The Spa Attendant plays an important role in creating the peaceful, luxurious atmosphere our guests expect. Reporting to the Spa Director, this position ensures the spa remains beautifully presented, impeccably clean, and fully prepared throughout each day.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes while contributing directly to an exceptional guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout treatment rooms, lounges, locker rooms, and guest areas.
- Prepare treatment rooms between services according to luxury spa standards.
- Stock linens, robes, towels, slippers, amenities, and treatment supplies.
- Manage laundry, linen organization, and inventory rotation.
- Refresh guest lounges with beverages, snacks, and amenities.
- Monitor spa facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Assist therapists and reception staff with operational support.
- Deliver exceptional guest service through proactive assistance and attention to detail.
- Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with hotel and health regulations.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Support opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with additional operational duties as required.
What You'll Bring
- Previous housekeeping, hospitality, spa, or hotel experience preferred.
