We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and discuss goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatments and progress.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend follow-up treatments as needed.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and practice flow.
- Uphold professional standards of hygiene, confidentiality, and ethical conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with CMTO regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client comfort.
- Excellent communication skills for effective consultation and client education.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices.
Pay: $39.58-$70.00 per hour
