One of our clients is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support a growing warehouse and logistics operation in Barrie, ON.
This role involves loading, unloading, and moving pallets in tight warehouse spaces. The successful candidate must work independently, handle materials with care, and strictly follow all safety procedures.
Responsibilities
· Operate forklift safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment
· Load and unload pallets from trucks and storage areas
· Maneuver materials in narrow aisles and tight spaces
· Accurately place products on racking systems
· Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
· Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements
· Valid forklift operator license (mandatory)
· 2–3 years of proven forklift operating experience in a warehouse setting
· Strong ability to safely and precisely handle materials
· Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude
· Willingness to work flexible and on-call shifts
Pay: $18.00 per hour
