The following are some duties you may be taking over in the future if you receive the job.

Answering phones, collect money, counts recieveable/accounts payable, scheduling

Inventory,. payroll. Everything is done through computer, so computer knowledge is a must and the ability to adapt to knew programs quickly as well. Can be a high stress environment at times.

Working hours is from 8am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, and may be asked to come in on the occasional Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Office Administration: 3 years (Preferred)
