Territory Manager – Dead Frog Brewery
Dead Frog Brewery is an established, award-winning BC craft brewery with distribution across Western Canada. We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Territory Manager to grow our presence across the Fraser Valley.
This is a high-impact, field-based sales role covering the Fraser Valley, where you'll build relationships, open new accounts, and expand Dead Frog's footprint across your territory. You'll report directly to the Sales Manager, with room to grow into a larger territory or regional role as you build your book of business.
What You'll Do
- Grow and manage liquor store, pub, and restaurant relationships
- Secure shelf space and draft listings
- Execute tastings, promotions, and events
- Prospect and open new accounts
- Own your territory and drive sales growth
What You Bring
- 2+ years of sales experience (CPG/beverage industry preferred)
- Experience selling draft beer is a strong asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized, comfortable working independently
- Passion for craft beer
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Compensation & Perks
- The role offers a base salary + OTE based on hitting sales targets.
- Base salary: $50,000-60,000
- Performance bonuses on top of base
