How will you contribute to the team?
To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Support the work of the requirements management team to capture, prioritize, trace and document project requirements.
Perform analysis on requirements and specifications from P3 and other Project Agreements of varying sizes.
Support a team of technical specialists.
Participate in technical interviews with project staff, partners, clients, designers and project specialists to analyze project requirements.
Perform Requirements Management tasks in the IBM DOORS database.
Perform other requirements and compliance management tasks as required.
Development of Requirements Engineering processes and documentation.
Management of DOORS database activities Work across the business to align process, share knowledge and drive innovation.
Assist in developing and mentoring other staff, sharing knowledge across the team.
What will you contribute?
Registered with the PEO or similar as an EIT.
A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in requirements management for large projects.
Demonstrated experience working in a multi-disciplinary team delivering projects with variety in complexity and scope preferred.
Knowledge of IBM DOORS NG is an asset.
Must have MS Project, MS Office Suite.
