## Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. Must be a JM Plumber and have full knowledge of plumbing and mechanical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and project management.
## Responsibilities
- Analyze project specifications to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
- Collaborate with the project management team to understand project requirements
- Utilize Construction estimating software like HeavyBid for accurate cost estimation
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
- Create detailed proposals and bids for construction projects
- Monitor and track project costs throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Ensure all estimates comply with legal and quality standards, and be willing to work on the tools when not estimating
