Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support the daily administrative operations of a fast-paced catering and food service business. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general office administration and clerical duties.
Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate office activities.
Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
Prepare reports, correspondence, invoices, and other office documents.
Process data entry and maintain accurate records.
Assist with order processing and customer service.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
Support management with administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements
1 3 years of office administration or administrative assistant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience in the food service, catering, or hospitality industry is an asset.
