Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant (EA) at Hope’s Home provides administrative support to the CEO and CFO and acts as Hope’s Home Board Secretary. They are responsible for a wide range of administrative duties which allows the CEO and CFO to effectively manage the day-to-day priorities and responsibilities. On behalf of the CEO, the EA communicates and collaborates with external stakeholders, the Board of Directors, internal departments and others to convey required information, set up meetings and events and ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly. This position has one direct report, which is the Administrative Assistant to the Senior Managers.
Qualifications:
- Office Administration certificate.
- A minimum of 4 years experience providing senior leadership/executive support.
- Experience working with a Board of Directors an asset.

- Able to take direction and work independently.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing conditions.
- Ability to multitask and take multiple requests at one time from various people.
- Ability to take notes and minutes electronically.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and critical information.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
