Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Live-in Residential Support staff. This role involves providing personalized care and assistance to residents in a supportive living environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living, patient care, or related fields, and possess a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for individuals with diverse needs, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring hospice care. This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives while working in a supportive and respectful environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to residents’ dietary needs and preferences
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and maintaining a safe living environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a warm and caring atmosphere
- Support residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments through specialized care techniques
- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as needed to ensure safety during transfers or repositioning
- Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members
- Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent needs of residents, ensuring their safety at all times
Skills
- Experience in assisted living, nursing home care, or home care environments
- Knowledge of patient care, medication administration, and caregiving best practices
- Familiarity with dementia care, hospice support, or working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility support
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate attitude with patience and empathy for vulnerable populations
- Ability to handle cleaning duties responsibly while maintaining a respectful environment
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts as part of the live-in support arrangement

Pay: $2,975.00-$4,062.14 per month
