Project Manager Assistant - Fire/Flood Restoration
Flood & Fire Restoration and Building Maintenance Company is looking for a Full Time – Experienced Project Coordinator to assist our Project Management team

Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Daily planning for various ongoing projects and new claims
- Dispatching with geographical and economical consideration
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians in the field, project managers and various sub-trades
- Entering data, uploading photos, assisting in tracking equipment
- Communicating and collaboration between multiple parties (i.e. property managers, adjusters, internal and external customers etc.)
- Creating emergency reports, transcribing scopes and estimates
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years Industry Experience
- Available to work 40 hours a week, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge and experience with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to take direction
- Ability to work independently
- Great attitude with the ability to work as a team
