Eileen Roofing Inc. is currently seeking a Roofing Service Manager to join our team in Toronto, ON.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
We are looking for an energetic, dependable person who has the ability to organize and maintain the protocols of a busy roofing company.
- Must be well-spoken and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Familiarity with Quickbooks is definitely an asset
- Experience in the construction industry
The successful candidate is a dynamic person with the ability to deal with various people such as Project Manager, Estimators, Roofers, clients and consultants.
What You'll Do:
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal, parking, maintenance, permits and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence as required
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Greet all visitors in a positive & professional manner, determine nature of business, and direct to the appropriate personnel
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner
- Prepare work orders, purchase orders, quotes, etc.
- Receive and manage all in-bound/out-bound mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Monitor, order and maintain inventory levels for stationery, office supplies/equipment
- Perform other duties and special projects as required
- Accounts Receivable (preparing invoices and collections)
