Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our human resources team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates using various channels including social media, job boards, cold calling, and research.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, to extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct HR sourcing activities including cold calling potential candidates and lead generation efforts.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Support onboarding processes and assist in training & development initiatives for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during all recruitment activities.
Experience:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles within human resources or sales environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research, and social media outreach.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to engage candidates effectively.
- Background in sales or lead generation is advantageous for proactive outreach efforts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics and analytics to optimize hiring processes.
