We have been rapidly growing since launching in 2021, and the brand is truly at a turning point to becoming a household name in Canada, and already growing in parallel in the US market.
Who are we looking for?
The Technical Designer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our product designs by managing technical packages, pattern analysis, sample assessments, and timelines from initial concept through to final production. The ideal candidate is passionate about garment construction and has a keen eye for detail and quality.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed technical packages, including sketches, specifications, measurements, and construction details, to guide production teams.
- Utilize CAD software for pattern analysis, adjustments, and garment detailing to ensure precise alignment with design specifications.
- Oversee garment construction, quality control (QC), and quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Work closely with the manufacturing and quality teams overseas to ensure quality checks are being carried out to our specifications and standards.
- Evaluate and analyze samples to ensure quality, fit, and adherence to specifications, providing feedback to sample makers and manufacturers.
- Conduct research and development on garment measurements & construction and use the findings for new product development.
- Ensure designs are optimized for fit and comfort while meeting brand quality standards.
- Develop and oversee timelines for product delivery, prototyping, and final production to ensure timely product development.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve cohesive, high-quality products that meet brand standards and deadlines.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in apparel or related field
- Passion for and good understanding of the apparel industry
- Proficient in CAD and Adobe illustrator
- Great knowledge of pattern construction and specifications
