The Role
We're looking for a licensed Realtor to build and lead our residential leasing practice — representing both landlords and tenants across homes, condos, and multi-family properties. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape a growing division within an established, respected brand, with the autonomy of an entrepreneur and the backing of a full-service team.
What You'll Do
- Represent landlords in preparing, marketing, and leasing residential properties (homes, condos, multi-family)
- Represent tenants in sourcing and securing rental properties that fit their needs
- Conduct property showings, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations
- Advise landlord clients on market rents, property presentation, and leasing strategy
- Build and manage a pipeline of leasing clients, working closely with our Operations Manager and Office Manager on process and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in Follow Up Boss and ensure smooth handoffs with the broader Grace & Co. team
- Represent the Grace & Co. brand — premium, professional, and client-first — in every interaction
What We're Looking For
- Active real estate license in good standing (Ontario)
- Experience in residential leasing preferred; strong client-facing sales or real estate experience required
- Self-starter who thrives on building something and owns their pipeline
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable balancing landlord and tenant relationships with professionalism and discretion
- Familiarity with the East Toronto rental market an asset
Compensation
Commission-based, with realistic first-year earnings starting around $40,000 and strong performers exceeding $100,000+. Your effort sets your ceiling.
