ADF Diesel Winnipeg is seeking a dependable and organized Shipper who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
JOB SUMMARY
· Pick and verify customer orders against documentation.
· Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
· Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, customs documents, and other required shipping paperwork.
· Schedule and coordinate shipments with freight carriers, couriers, and transportation providers.
· Ensure all outgoing shipments are complete, accurate and dispatched on time.
· Load outbound freight safely and efficiently.
· Track shipments and provide shipment information as required.
· Assist with inventory verification.
· Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in accordance with company policies. REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous shipping, logistics and warehouse experience REQUIRED.
· Knowledge of shipping procedures, freight documentation, and carrier requirements.
· Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
· Basic computer skill, including Microsoft Office and shipping software
REQUIRED.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
