Client Support Consultant - D365/AX, Finance module

Provide level 2 support of the finance module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP platform for our existing base of over 30 customers ;
Analyze and propose solutions to the client based on their initial request ;
Prepare functional documents, receive client approval and then submit to developers ;
Evaluate efforts to resolve requests and obtain the client approval ;
Complete the necessary tests to validate that the solution reflects the client's expectations ;
Draft test scripts and communicate them to the client ;
Document in Microsoft CRM the steps of support cases for the client and its internal team ;
Maintain good customer relationship ;
Work closely with developers ;
Minimal travel.
Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related discipline ;
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Assistant-Controller, Functional Consultant, Support Consultant or as a Super User ;
Experience with ERP (Asset) ;
Strong organizational skills and sense of priorities ;
Ability to manage pressure and be capable of personal development in order to manage cases outside his field of knowledge ;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French ;
Good knowledge of ERP systems infrastructure (Asset) ;
Experience in troubleshooting ;
