Job Description :Our client is looking for a Project Management Officer / Operations Manager to join their team.
Must Have Primary Skills :
Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Technology or a related field; equivalent training and experience may be considered.
PMP designation is a must. Prosci or other Change Management certification is an asset
5+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Responsible for KPI, Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance Management
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
Proven Experience In :
Lead and oversee PMO delivery governance, including methodologies, tools, templates, standards, and status cadence
Provide end-to-end delivery oversight (intake, planning, execution, change management, communication, training, transition/sustainment, and closure)
Ensure initiatives are delivered within agreed scope, quality, timeline, and budget; manage change to protect business value
Embed Agile values and practices by coaching teams, supporting key ceremonies, removing impediments, and partnering with Product Owners on backlog prioritization
Monitor delivery performance through clear metrics and regular reviews; identify risks, issues, and interdependencies and recommend mitigation strategies
Deliver concise, audience-appropriate reporting to Executives and the Board on progress, risks, and outcomes
