- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client comfort.
- Upsell retail products that complement hair services to enhance client results and increase sales.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, blowouts, and special treatments.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

- Experience in retail sales within a salon setting is preferred.
