WPE Landscape Equipment is one of Ontario’s leading suppliers of landscaping, construction, and snow equipment. We support our customers through equipment sales, rentals, parts, and service—and our Parts Department is the backbone of our operation.
We are looking for a seasoned Parts Counter Specialist who truly understands outdoor power equipment, heavy equipment, and snow equipment. This role is for someone who can confidently identify parts, support technicians, solve problems quickly, and provide expert-level service at the counter.

What You’ll Do
Serve as a primary parts counter expert for customers and internal technicians
Accurately identify, source, and supply parts for:
Landscaping and outdoor power equipment
Construction and heavy equipment
Snow and seasonal equipment
Read and interpret parts breakdowns, schematics, and assembly diagrams with confidence
Use OEM catalogs and digital systems to research parts efficiently
Process customer orders, special orders, and warranty-related parts
Receive, stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels
Keep the parts counter and storage areas clean, organized, and efficient
Work closely with the service department to keep repairs moving without delays
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers through knowledgeable, professional service
Identify upsell opportunities that genuinely benefit the customer
Assist with shipping and receiving
Support e-commerce orders and inventory accuracy
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of hands-on parts counter experience (outdoor power equipment, heavy equipment, automotive, or similar industries)
Strong working knowledge of power equipment, construction equipment, and/or snow equipment
Proven ability to read parts diagrams, schematics, and exploded views
Comfortable working in fast-paced, seasonal environments
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Team-first mindset with a professional attitude
Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
