About the opportunity

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at CPA Canada, you will provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do

In this role you will:
  • Respond to all internal and external stakeholder inquiries within the established service level agreement.
  • Provide ownership of the inquiry from start to finish to ensure best in class customer service
  • Direct membership queries from existing and prospective members and students
  • Maintain an understanding of CPAC procedures, roles, and departments so that queries or issues can be funnelled through the appropriate channels or forwarded to the appropriate party as necessary
  • Assist stakeholders with placing orders, registering for conferences/courses, account/subscription information, login assistance and paying invoices
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of CPAC products and services
  • Update stakeholder information as needed in the corporate database
What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree or commensurate experience with customer service focus
  • 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced call centre environment, computer literacy, proficiency with typing, emailing, internet and the ability to learn proprietary software.
  • Strong communication abilities (phone and email correspondence)
  • Data entry with strong attention to detail
  • Bilingual (English and French) full fluency, written and spoken, is required
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to function in a high-volume environment. Demonstrated ability to maintain focus, provide task accuracy/efficiency while juggling multiple tasks.
  • Ability to analyze and efficiently resolve stakeholder issues internally and externally both proactively and reactively.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and promote a positive culture based on CPAC values
  • Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, Internet
  • Experience in ServiceNow or Aptify would be an asset
