Duties
- Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
- Recruit, train, develop, and motivate team members to achieve individual and store goals.
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and ensure effective time management across staff shifts.
- Oversee purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and product placement to maximize profitability.
- Handle cash handling procedures, cashiering duties, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations with accuracy.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones through promotional activities.
- Maintain organizational standards by supervising stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in retail or related fields with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and engage customers effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases.
- Skilled in negotiation, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques.
- Proficient in POS systems, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks such as payroll processing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing candidates, training & development programs to build high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and customer service excellence standards.
