In this role, you will work directly with our clients to install, diagnose, repair, and optimize high-tech electronic, IT, and mechanical equipment. Each day brings its own set of challenges, new situations, and learning opportunities. Your main responsibilities: Respond to service calls and perform on-site interventions at client locations. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, and IT malfunctions. Perform repairs, calibrations, upgrades, and functional tests. Provide remote technical support via phone, email, or remote access. - DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in electronics, automation, electrotechnics, industrial computing, or a related field.

Knowledge of English is required as the incumbent will communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners located outside of Quebec, as well as consult technical documentation, equipment manuals, and software available only in English as part of their duties.
