We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
The role manages the development and execution of lead generation campaigns through the production, management, and optimization of digital advertisements. The candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties and tasks including but not limited to:
- Understand and evaluate Create Career College’s corporate culture, programs, campuses, and target demographics
- Create effective and compelling content in College website on a daily basis to support the overall marketing plan
- Create and develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategies
- Track and report on key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
- Optimize website content, including metadata, headings, and on-page elements, for improved search engine visibility
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and phrases
- Perform ongoing keyword research to identify content opportunities and in response to competitive dynamics and new product launches
- Use Search Engine Marketing to increase the visibility of a website in search engine results pages
- Manage website using Wordpress
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure best practices are implemented
- Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with web developers to implement SEO and SEM recommendations and resolve technical issues
- Performs other related duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education, including degree, diploma, or certificate in Digital Marketing or a related field
- Proven ability to generate creative ideas that attract attention on the web
- More than 2 years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, content creation, or digital publishing, with a strong and varied portfolio.
- Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools
- Proficiency with WordPress CMS is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
- Proven great writing skills with an analytical mindset.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
