Responsibilities
- Perform residential deep cleans and recurring maintenance cleans
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to company standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail all assigned areas
- Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures
- Ensure every home is completed with exceptional attention to detail
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with clients and team members
- Safely handle cleaning products and equipment
Qualifications
- Previous residential cleaning experience is an asset but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the day
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset
