Experience
* 2 year of esthetician experience preferred
* Previous experience in a day Spa environment preferred

- Proficient in any of the following: Nails, Manicure & Pedicure, hair removal (threading/waxing/sugaring/tint).
- Focus Roles: Massage, waxing/threading, pedicures/manicures

Preferred Specialization (Asset):
* Certified Nail Technician (gel, acrylic, natural nails)
* Certified Lashes & Brow Expert (lash extensions, brow lamination, tinting)
Candidates with these certifications will be given priority.
Responsibilities
- Performing body waxing services for clients in a professional and efficient manner .
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment following proper sanitation protocols.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide them with information on services offered.
- Assist with retail sales and product demos to promote additional services and products.
- Collaborate with the front desk staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest services.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hospitality to enhance service offerings.
- Demonstrate expertise in sales techniques to upsell services and products to clients.
Compensation & Pay Structure
- Base pay: Starting at CA$17.60/hr (Ontario minimum wage guaranteed)
- Commission: Additional commission paid on all services performed
- High performers can earn up to CA$25.00/hr or more through commission
- Commission structure and percentage will be discussed at interview

This is a commission-based position designed to reward skilled, motivated estheticians. The more services you perform, the more you earn.

Pay: $17.60-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 44.0 per week
