Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic landscape construction Lead Hands to join our team of installers. We specialize in residential landscape construction projects that include interlocking pavers, natural stone steps and features, garden walls, planting beds, landscape lighting and carpentry. Responsibilities and Duties
Our Lead Hands would be responsible for assisting with and completing various tasks under the supervision of the site Foreman. These tasks encompass all onsite work to complete hardscapes, softscapes, landscape lighting, and carpentry projects; including driving trucks, operating equipment, using specialized hand and power tools, as well as engaging with clients regularly.
All employees should have their own transportation to and from the jobsite. Employees are expected to be at work on time and work diligently with attention to detail.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in Landscape Construction or 5 years of experience in another construction field. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in operating a variety of power tools. Applicants must be motivated and have a passion for landscaping and the outdoors. Applicants must also have a valid G class license. Experience operating mini-excavators and/or skidsteers is an asset. An A restricted class license is also an asset.
