Job description
Manufacturing of assorted products using various raw materials, tools, cleaning, organizing tools, receiving material orders, delivery / pickups.
The ideal candidate will have some sign shop or related experience but we are willing to train.
Essential Skills/Requirements
Experience fitting and welding aluminum / carbon steel.
Experience in manufacturing / fabrication shop environment
Able to read & interpret blueprints.
Self starter motivated
Mechanical skills
Proficient in use of saws, drills, grinders, various other shop and hand tools.
Versatility to work in a shop environment or as part of our field installation crew on customers job site as required.
Mix and thin paint or other coating to specified consistency according to standard formulas
Spray specified amount of thickness of primer, protective or finish coatings onto prepared surfaces using spray equipment
Ensure high level of cleanliness and quality
Clear understanding of part/assembly drawings and the function/fit precision parts
Examine and test completed units in order to conform to specifications
Ability to read drawings with both imperial and metric
Ability to machine multiple types of materials such as stainless steel, aluminum and plastics
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints and electrical code specifications
Experience and knowledge of hand and power tools
Ability to lift 80 lbs

Terms of Employment
Permanent full-time position
Standard 40 hours per week. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday.
Overtime required as production and/or schedules dictate.
