We're growing our culinary team and are currently hiring full-time cooks for two unique restaurant concepts within our group.

Boulevard Kitchen & Bar
Located at Fox Creek Golf Club in Dieppe, Boulevard Kitchen & Bar is a fast-paced scratch kitchen focused on quality ingredients, house-made sauces, smoked meats, seasonal features, and elevated comfort food. Our team takes pride in creativity, consistency, and continuous growth.

Captain Dan's Seafood Patio
Located directly on the wharf in Shediac, Captain Dan's is one of the area's busiest seasonal restaurants. During the summer months, our team serves thousands of guests who come to enjoy fresh seafood and waterfront dining in one of New Brunswick's most iconic tourist destinations.

Transportation Available
We understand the commute to Shediac can be a challenge. To help support our team, shuttle transportation is available for employees travelling to and from Captain Dan's.
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for food and hospitality
Responsibilities
- Food preparation and station setup
- Cooking and plating during service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Following recipes and quality standards
