This position combines front desk administration with patient care support, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both customer service and hands-on involvement in a healthcare setting.
Position Details
- 25–30 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with patient flow and clinic operations
- Assist with patient intake and testing
- Keep office areas organized, clean, and prepared
- Support chiropractors and other team members as needed
- Contribute to creating an exceptional patient experience
What We're Looking For

- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Comfortable learning new systems and procedures
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, reception, fitness, wellness, or administration is an asset but not required
