Fence & Deck Crew Lead
We’re a traditional Canadian, family-run fence and deck company looking for a strong, experienced Crew Lead to take ownership of projects and lead by example. This is physically demanding outdoor work that requires leadership, skill, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Who We're Looking For
- Experienced in building and installing fences and decks
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a crew effectively
- Able to complete projects independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with experience towing and maneuvering a truck and trailer
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions on-site
- Physically capable and comfortable performing demanding manual labor
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to showing up every day ready to work
- Comfortable working long hours outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience is required
- Takes pride in quality workmanship and maintaining high standards
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crew members on fence and deck projects
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Read plans, measure accurately, and oversee all aspects of construction
- Drive company truck and trailer to and from job sites
- Organize materials, equipment, and daily job-site operations
- Train, mentor, and hold crew members accountable
- Communicate professionally with customers when required
- Identify and solve problems independently in the field
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
- Complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship
