Position: Lead, CSR

Schedule: Evenings and Weekend - 24h to 40h per week

  • Welcome customers, give them quality service and comply with the standards of the Ultra Service and tobacco control programs, as measured by Statopex
  • Perform daily operations of the cash register and other activities in the store, as requested by the manager and/or assistant manager
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of the store (interior, exterior and washrooms), as per Ultramar’s maintenance standards
  • Protect store merchandise and cash against theft, shortages and loss of inventory, by being cognizant of customers actions and adhering to standard security controls
  • Face products and dust items on the shelves in order to ensure that displays of goods remain attractive at all times
  • Check the freshness of perishable items such as bread, meats, sandwiches, ice cream etc., and report expired and/or damaged product to the manager and/or assistant manager
  • Effect changes in the price of gasoline and other products when requested
  • Perform related tasks when requested, always complying with company standards, policies and procedures

Customer Service:

  • Be responsive to customers
  • Ensure that proper customer service is provided as measured by the Statopex program
  • Ensure that the company image is respected
  • Ensure that the store is kept clean


  • Fill out various forms and worksheets in order to record sales, deposits and inventories, including the PDI system
  • Check end of shift reports and daily revenues
  • Check invoices and their recording in the system
  • Supply your team with lottery tickets and change
  • Make bank deposits
  • Check tank dips, their recording and transcription in the blue book
  • Survey competition in the Value Plus zone and record information in the “Value Price” book
  • Ensure that operational policies and procedures are followed


  • Ensure that prices are clearly show
  • Ensure that supplier agreements are respected
  • Ensure that planograms are followed
  • Ensure that marketing standards are implemented correctly


  • Ensure that government standards, policies and procedures are enforced


  • Assume the manager and/or assistant manager’s responsibilities in his/her absence
  • Ensure that security is provided for employees and customers
  • Perform any other related duties when requested
