PURPOSE: Assist dispatch team with paperwork and data entry.

  • Enter data found on envelopes into a system
  • Once entered, all envelopes must be stamped “ENTERED” with date and placed in a box for delivery.
  • Transfer all the data entered to create a mileage reporting.
  • Assist dispatch department with data entry as needed.
  • Some accounting duties and any other duties as assigned
High School diploma

Basic computer knowledge
Communication/Customer service
Ability to work independently
Ability to maintain performance
Ability to type 50 wpm
