An ideal candidate will be able to take instruction, follow-up on tasks without reminders, and prioritize daily work by level of importance. Responsibilities include transcription, answering calls, drafting and mailing invoices, following up on accounts receivable, writing receipts, responding to email and fax, office filing (physical and electronic), Court filing, and updating calendars.
We would like a candidate that can type approaching 60 words per minute, proficient internet skills, and familiarity with Microsoft software.
Permanent full-time or part-time.
$18.00 to $25.00 per hr. depending on experience.
