We are seeking a skilled, professional, and client-focused Laser Aesthetician to join our busy and established medical aesthetics clinic in Markham, Ontario. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, laser treatments, and delivering exceptional client experiences while working in a supportive and professional environment.
Position Details
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- Flexible scheduling, including evenings and Saturdays
- Competitive compensation (hourly wage plus performance incentives)

Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively
- Conduct client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform skin rejuvenation and other aesthetic treatments within scope of practice
- Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and skincare recommendations
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are maintained according to clinic protocols
- Uphold the highest standards of client care, safety, and professionalism
- Assist with client retention and treatment package recommendations
Qualifications
- Certification in Laser Hair Removal and Medical Aesthetics
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in laser aesthetics preferred
- Knowledge of laser technologies, skin types, and treatment protocols
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills
- Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with medical-grade skincare products is an asset

Preferred Skills
- Experience with laser hair removal, IPL, skin rejuvenation, and chemical peels
- Knowledge of skincare consultations and treatment planning
- Knowledge or experience with units: Hollywood Spectra, Clarity II preferred
- Multilingual abilities are an asset
