Mobalign is the leading on-site, specialized repair company for the commercial trucking industry. We offer mobile repair services, including laser wheel alignment, trailer kingpin repair, and axle repair for the commercial trucking industry, and we continue to grow throughout North America.
Starting ASAP, we are seeking a full-time, fully qualified heavy-duty mechanic who has varied and practical experience working with commercial trucks, including some welding experience, to join their growing team of professionals.
This role will focus on performing a variety of on-site services, as well as assisting the technician team as needed, and will service customers in Vancouver, including North Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, Richmond, and Delta. Working from home, the technician will be supplied with a company vehicle along with the equipment required to do the job. A comprehensive training program will be included.
The applicant must currently live within the Vancouver area in order to serve customers.

Mobalign provides a guaranteed base salary of $80,000/year to ensure stability. After an initial onboarding period, technicians can earn additional monthly performance pay—a percentage of billed labour/turnover above a set monthly threshold. This structure is designed to reward productivity while keeping pay predictable. Typical total earnings are $100,000–$140,000+

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of heavy-duty mechanical experience
· Possess organisational and time management skills
· Must be physically fit and able to work on vehicles with heavy-duty tools
· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience with working on Commercial trucks and/or trailer experience a plus
· Must be a motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude
· Possess a class 5 driver’s license
· Experience in dealing with customers and building relationships
· Must currently live in Vancouver or close by.
