Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in assigned residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize and declutter spaces as needed to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding clothes
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to company standards for quality and safety.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player when necessary.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and understanding their specific cleaning preferences.
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing, bending, lifting, and moving furniture.
