We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented new player who will strive to meet our customer needs to make every client feel valued. You will manage our customer order inquiries from our distribution centers alongside a team of dedicated and professional bilingual Specialists.
Here is a snapshot of your day-to-day:
Process customer purchase orders received via telephone, email, fax and online ordering, for both Canadian and American markets;
Follow up with our customers on past due orders that have not been picked up;
Respond to product availability inquiries from our customers and sales team;
Recommend alternatives and solutions to our customers based on customer requirements and product availability;
Coordinate pick up and/or delivery dates with our customers;
Work with sales and marketing to coordinate the delivery of merchandise to meet our customer’s needs.
High school diploma or combination of education and equivalent experience;
Customer related service experience with a positive ‘can do’ attitude;
Problem resolution, organization, coordination, and ability to do effective follow-ups;
Fluency in Microsoft Office tools;
Attention to detail is always a priority;
Ability to multi-task, and prioritize work;
Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly;
Excellent bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written;
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or any other ERP system is an asset.
